Seasons of Change.
A lot has changed in the past few months. Psychically & emotionally…
But, Hey! What would life be without hardships, right?
I’ve just came to appreciate them.
I recently became a Health & Wellness Coach / Independent Distributor for the LARGEST nutrition company called HERBALIFE.
I started out weighing 180Lbs. Now In High school I was always between 120-145 by senior yr. OKAY so, after High school I weighed 160. By April of 2013 I was 180lbs.(HOW EMBARRASSING)
Now this is obviously because a lack of knowledge about proper nutrition and exercising (BEING a lazy bum, and lack of consistency)
I was tired of the excuses though, I wanted to change! I was willing to sacrifice a $200.00 shopping spree on products that would evidently change the way I look and feel.
I took the leap of faith and within just a few months of dedication I’ve dropped 25lbs. NOW I’m at 155lbs and my goal is 120lbs. I have a ways to go, but this is the fun of it all. It take patience and consistency.
Not only did the number on the scale change, but my skin did as well.
I was born with Keratosis pilaris (ker-uh-TOE-sis pih-LAIR-is) which is a skin condition, and later developed a more common thing called “acne”
No woman wants to have a skin condition!!!! It’s not attractive for men either. While taking the Herbalife Supplements I noticed my face clearing up drastically! SERIOUSLY. My family and friends point it out to me all the time now! It’s a great feeling. I still suffer a minor case of Keratosis pilaris, but It’s improving and that’s something I haven’t seen in the 21 years of living. So I wont complain.
This blog post is intended to inspire you to make a change in your life today. I’m willing to help you reach your goals, by helping you, it’s helping me achieve mine. It’s a win, win. End 2013 the right way, Don’t wait until 2014 to start! Get a head start! ASK ME HOW!

DREAM »> Dream»> Dream»> Always.
To Dream is a condition or achievement that is longed for; an aspiration of hope.
We all have a burning sensation inside our hearts. It awakes us in our sleep to get up and face reality to chase what we want the most in life (Aspirations) although your mind is moving 100 mph; your feet can’t keep up. It seems overwhelming and impossible.
You instantly get tired, burn out, and give up. Then what are left are blank thoughts that turn into lack of motivation, doubt, and depression.
What if I told you though that there is hope. Yeah that sounds kind of cliché I know, but really!
Think about the runner. He has this goal in mind; he wants to become the best runner ever. The thought has been planted inside of his mind. He wakes up the next day having this same thought although, this time he attempts to go for a run. His legs are burning, his breathing is out of control, his heart is racing,He’s not fast. so he throws in the towel and decides to walk.
The runners’ thoughts are not aligned with what is in his heart.
Your thoughts and actions are a reflection of what is in your heart.
Was his heart really in becoming the best runner? The best runner doesn’t stop and walk because he is tired, or the sun is too bright, or he needs music to run. NO, NO, NO. He embraces the challenges. He say’s no matter what I face today I will train harder than before, because my dream is to be the best runner.
Reflect on that today!
#1 Figure out what your dreams really are:
At first it may seem difficult because, you may think that you want to do something in life, and then later realize that is not really what you wanted to pursue. BE CAREFUL.
So many people mistake LIKES AND LOVES. INTEREST V.S PASSION.
Once you determine what you want to do in life, Study that area, do so much research on that topic that your eyeballs fall out, and your fingers become numb from being on the computer for countless hours. Seriously. Knowledge is power. It is vital that you are constantly learning daily.
#2 Block out the negative voices, in this case it was the runner himself. His thoughts were not aligned with his heart. His thoughts were wrapped up in the obstacles he was facing that he lost his vision in the midst of it all.
Other people will mock you. That’s normal and it’s okay. They can’t see what you see right away. The don’t have the same dream and vision you do. Our minds are unique. If I present two different people a picture the two individuals may portray the image differently. Your dreams may be similar but not one is exactly alike. No one can have your dreams. They are yours. Do let others control your destiny.
#3. Don’t walk, RUN!
In other words, DON’T QUIT. Chase after your hearts desires!
When you chose to walk in life, you become complacent and go through the motions, miss out on opportunities, and by the time you know it you’re on the sidelines wishing and wondering what it would have been if you were the “ALL-STAR”. Its stinks, its uncomfortable, and there is really no excuse for being there, but in reality we all have been there.
Are you ready to run? Running shows faith, courage, endurance and power. Listen to the positive voices in life that lift your spirit up, and keep your dreams burning alive. Then you can look back and say “I DID IT!”” Instead of “I wonder what it would have been like if I actually did it.”
#4 Relax, it’s okay to Jog. Jogging is better than walking. Take your time to plan accordingly. Be patient with the process of making your dreams come true. It will happen, It’s all Gods timing.
Here are some examples of people in life who decided to jog, then eventually with patience and faith were able to RUN
Walt Disney was told a mouse would never work.
He was fired by a newspaper editor because “he lacked imagination and had no good ideas.”
When The Beatles were just starting out, a recording company told them no.
Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team.
Steve Jobs was removed from the company he started.
Elvis Presley got fired after his first performance.
Mind boggling? RIGHT?
Lesson today »> DON’T let your dreams die! You can do it! Psalm 37:4
Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
